Here are some updates on Adam Kokesh’s situation

  • Adam is definitely being charged with a felony, according to the public defender.
  • Jim Babb and I got funds into his commissary account which should help him make calls.
  • He is not allowed visitors.
  • We are raising funds for a top defense lawyer. Please support Adam. This is the only authorized and the official legal defense fund for Adam Kokesh in this matter. DONATE: freeadam.net/legal
  • Adam finally just got to speak with his dad.
  • I’m working together with Lucas Jewell, Adam’s business manager, and other friends and activists.
  • I’m in touch with the Rutherford Institute and have contacted the Philadelphia ACLU.

        You’re an amazing friend to Adam and these movements George Donnelly. I’m praying for justice for Adam and NA Poe. I wasn’t there but I saw all fifty versions of footage. What a terrible misuse of power.

    the US attorney who was present as prosecutor at Adam’s detention hearing is Richard Goldberg. Call and leave him a message at 215-861-8200. (Ask the operator to transfer or press 1 and dial 4653).
    Tell Goldberg to drop the charges!
