Horseshit! there’s video from at least 5 different angles on the matter! There’s 2 angles in which as the countdown is reaching 1, 2 officers are readily approaching Kokesh directly. From yet another angle, you can see one officer go and grab Kokesh first, on his right arm, as the other officer is grabbing the man with a marijuana cigarette. Adam Immediately raises his arms as to assume the position for standard arrest and having his arms placed above his head, while the officers than begin to add onto Kokesh totaling 4 at one point. During, Adam has his hands in the air with a microphone in his right hand trying to stay standing as one officer pushes Adam from the front, into the primary officer that initiated contact with Kokesh, was trying to trip Kokesh from the rear. The only assault was Adam was to strong to be knocked over for no reason, but was completely and willingly complying with every move and order.
