    Donald Reed needs to be charged with perjury. Adam was targeted from the beginning and at no time did he resist arrest. The cigarette that was dropped was from a male in a dark tee shirt, and can be clearly seen trying to plant it on Adam. THIS IS A SCAM AND ALL “OFFICERS” SHOULD BE FIRED!
