If he gets convicted of this, then the penalty could be eight years in prison.

To anyone who has actually seen the video this is total BS

Donald Reed is on Youtube harassing people for videotaping in 2010.

That complaint is a lie. Adam did none of that. I’ve watched several videos of his arrest and he did nothing wrong. Someone ,who is good at video editing, needs to compile a few views and provide them to his attorney.

From the videos Ive seen it looks more like a kidnapping of Adam Kokesh

Adam isn’t stupid. He would never do such a thing. This is BS pure and simple. Shame on the feds! Shame on Thomas J. Rueter for allowing this circus!

Police=Pathological Liars. I wouldn’t expect anything more or less from them.

I can’t see any of the allegations holding water as about a million people have got video evidence of exactly what occurred. I think Adam would be justified in suing the polices officers / their employers for wrongful arrest/harassment/ assault/wrongful imprisonment. unfortunately for the bad guys its all on video. Also, a video that shows an officer planting evidence in Adams back pocket. A massive fix.

If your grabbed up by Feds and resist, don’t they still need to have a reason to have grabbed u to begin with? maybe it’s just me, but what was the original crime again that warranted an arrest?

  • Dana Shetterly

read the first line of the affidavit.

    The warrant is defective.

    Rice v. Ames, 180 US 371 – Supreme Court 1901

A citizen ought not to be deprived of his personal liberty upon an allegation which, upon being sifted, may amount to nothing more than a suspicion. While authorities upon this 375*375 subject are singularly few, it is clear that a person ought not to be arrested upon a criminal charge upon less direct allegations than are necessary to authorize the arrest of a fraudulent or absconding debtor. Smith v. Luce, 14 Wend. 237; Matter of Bliss, 7 Hill, 187; Proctor v. Prout, 17 Mich. 473. So, too, in applications for injunctions, the rule is that the material facts must be directly averred under oath by a person having knowledge of such facts. Waddell v. Bruen, 4 Ed. Chan. 671; Armstrong v. Sanford, 7 Minnesota, 49.
    …………………
But while, as already observed, the first count is bad, by reason of its unsupported allegations upon information and belief,

How long will we put up with this dirty government, dirty wars and dirty cops? They tax us with thugs in the IRS which are no better than the mafia( my apologies the mafia are men, the IRS are cowards hiding behind government) Our whole system is out of control…Wars killing children and labeling them as collateral damage. PATRIOTS WHO SPEAK OUT ARE KIDNAPPED. This is bullshit and it is not the government who’s constitution I swore an oath to defend. This is criminal out of control government.
