Adam Kokesh Accused of Felony Assault on Federal Officer – No Bail Yet

Thanks to the below video report from Josie Harris and Christopher Cantwell, direct from the federal courthouse in Philadelphia, we know that Adam is being held under 18 USC 11, felony assault on a federal officer. He was not released today but he has a detention hearing Thursday and might be released then. Thanks to Scott MacMillan we have a copy of the complaint against Adam. See it below the video.

The Free Adam Kokesh campaign will share more information as it becomes available. We all need to step up our activities in support of Adam in order to help Adam. He is in a very serious situation. We can not trust that justice will prevail inside the government injustice system. We have to use our rights to make justice prevail.

Speaking from personal experience, Adam is being framed. It’s that simple.

    This whole resisting arrest that they had charged Adam with is complete utter nonsense because it is clear in this video that I’ve watched, he has not done anything to where he deserved to be even be arrested in the first place. I mean the video speaks for itself and as well as the countless witnesses that were present at that event can also provide the truth of what happened. This had to be a way of getting to him to make sure that the armed rally march doesn’t go into effect because without him, they think that it will not because now we got him locked up. This just shows how the government has fallen to where our liberties and freedoms are no longer applied to their system. Free Speech isn’t free speech anymore. The right to bear arms is at stake to where we can no longer have the right to protect and defend ourselves. Adam Kokesh deserves to be let go and I hope and pray that he does get released. If not, there will be outrage against this.

Any single person or group that seriously believes they can take on the federal government because of twisted factually baseless beliefs is suicidal. That one advocates violence against a government elected by the people is no less than insane.
    This administration was elected by a majority of the people and is the duly elected body by the people. This is in accordance with our laws. Any “uprising” will be viewed as treason against the majority of Americans that voted this administration into office. Any violent act of treason will be met with the full strength of the U.S. military and the National Guard. Not to mention FBI, CIA and Homeland Security.
    Make no mistake, this administration is the duly elected government of the American people and although extremist have the right to dissent and disagree – they do not have the right to overthrow the will of the majority. I for one would not have a problem with using drones on traitors threatening to overthrow the government I voted into office by force.
